Pole Building Options

Cascade Pole Buildings was established to provide top quality custom pole buildings to the residential, agricultural and commercial customer.

Our post frame buildings feature systems of widely-spaced, pressure-treated posts that are embedded in the ground and function as the foundation, structural frame, and wind bracing mechanisms. Each structure is covered with Steel Siding and Roofing backed with a manufacturer’s warranty*. Our pole buildings are highly resistant to fires, earthquake, flood, and wind forces, and are energy efficient.

Roof Overhang
	Standard 18" overhand allows a little extra protection from the Northwest weather. Looks nice too!! Comes standard @ 18" with 2"X6" fascia and large boards, open soffit. Optional sizes available.
Eave Light Panels
	Standard 2'6" fiberglass eave light panels allow extra light into your building. Also available in a more durable polycarbonate. Other sizes and skylights available.
Siding
	Standard 29 gauge painted steel Magna-Rib. 40 year manufacturers warranty.

	Other options available. Including: Board & bat, Cement fiber siding,

	T-111, Cedar lap etc... Just ask!!
Roofing
	Metal, Standard 29 gauge painted steel Magna-Rib. 40 year manufactures warranty. Composite

	Other roofing options include: Asphalt shingle, Cedar shake,

	Tile etc...
Insulation
	Available for both roof and walls!! Rufco Vapor-Plus

	EZ-Seal Our buildings come standard with Rufco vapor barriers. For those situations where condensation may become an issue, we recommend upgrading to our Vapor-Plus or EZ-Seal insulation. With added insulating qualities this is our most popular upgrade!!
Doors
	Overhead Our overhead doors are available insulated or non-insulated. Available in a variety of sizes. The best choice when your building will have a concrete floor.

	Sliding Our sliding doors are popular among our equestrian and agricultural customers. They come standard with galvanized track and hardware as well as powder coated side rails for years of trouble free use!!

	Walkthrough Our walkthrough doors are available in 32" or 36" widths and come standard with dead bolt lock sets for added security.

	Dutch Doors A favorite for those horse overs out there!! All galvanized steel construction. These doors allow the customer to choose the wood inserts. Usually 2"x6" tongue and groove.
Windows
	Picture All our windows are Low-E_Vinyl!! Standard window size is 5'w x 3'h. Available with and without grid. Also available in Almond. Any size available.
Cupolas
	Our custom roof cupolas are available in a variety of styles and sizes. Please ask for details.
Stalls
	We offer complete stall systems. Our stall fronts are all galvanized steel with optional feed door. Wood inserts are usually 2"x6" tongue and groove.
